YSR Nadu Nedu:- In order to promote education and decrease the dropout rate among children, it is mandatory for schools to have proper infrastructure. Both state and Central governments implement various kinds of schemes in order to improve the infrastructure of educational institutions. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has also launched YSR Nadu Nedu Scheme. Through this scheme, the existing infrastructure of the schools will be strengthened in a phased manner. Nine infrastructure components will be taken up under this scheme. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched YSR Nadu Nedu Scheme. Through this scheme, the infrastructure of the school will be developed in a systematic manner so that it can reach the required standard. The infrastructure of the schools will be transformed into a mission mode in a phased manner over a period of three years which is starting from 2019-20. Implementation of this scheme will improve the learning outcomes. The dropout rate will also be decreased through this scheme. 9 infrastructure components will be taken up under this scheme. Total of 44512 schools will be covered through the Nadu Nadu scheme which includes residential schools.

In the first phase of this scheme, 15715 schools are covered. The Chief Minister has also instructed the officials to focus on the second phase of the Nadu Nedu program. Under the first phase of this program, the government has spent Rs 3650 crore and it is estimated that the government is going to spend Rs 4535 crore for the second phase which will cover 12663 schools.

The main objective of the YSR Nadu Nedu Scheme is to strengthen the infrastructure of the school. By the implementation of this scheme, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is going to develop the infrastructure of schools in a systematic manner so that they can meet the required standard. With the help of this scheme, the learning outcomes will be improved and the dropout rate will be decreased. The Government of Andhra Pradesh is going to cover 9 infrastructural components through this scheme. The YSR Nadu Nedu scheme will also improve the standard of education.
