चिरायु योजना (पीएमजेएवाई) के तहत सूचीबद्ध अस्पतालों में माध्यमिक और तृतीयक उपचार हेतु वर्ष 5 लाख रुपये के भुगतान किया जायेगा.
चिरायु आयुष्मान भारत योजना का लाभ परिवार पहचान पत्र आईडी (पीपीपी आईडी) के जिन परिवारों की वार्षिक आय ₹ 1.80 लाख से ₹ 3.00 लाख तक इस योजना में शामिल किया जायेगा.
लाभार्थी परिवार वार्षिक 1500 रुपये का मामूली योगदान-सह-पंजीकरण शुल्क का भुगतान करना पड़ेगा.
लाभार्थी परिवार को 15 अगस्त से 30 सितम्बर 2023 तक नामी योगदान-सह-पंजीकरण शुल्क का भुगतान अदा करना होगा।
सफल सत्यापन और योगदान शुल्क के बाद, आयुष्मान कार्ड 01 नवंबर 2023 से सक्रिय हो जाएंगे जिससे लाभार्थी को आपूर्ति हॉस्पिटलों में उपचार के लिए सक्षम होने में सहायता मिलेगी।
