Website Design Service Level Agreement (SLA)
1. Introduction
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the terms and conditions for the website design services provided by [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as "Provider," to [Client's Name], hereinafter referred to as "Client."
2. Scope of Services
Provider agrees to design a custom website for the Client according to the specifications and requirements outlined in the project proposal and subsequent discussions. The scope includes:
- Website design and layout
- Graphic design and branding (if applicable)
- User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
- Responsiveness for various devices
- Integration of agreed-upon features and functionalities
- Testing and quality assurance
- Basic search engine optimization (SEO)
3. Timeline
The project timeline will be as follows:

4. Responsibilities
4.1 Provider Responsibilities:

- Maintain clear and open communication with the Client throughout the project.
- Provide regular updates on the project's progress.
- Ensure the website is responsive, functional, and meets the agreed-upon standards.
- Address any defects or issues identified during the testing phase.
4.2 Client Responsibilities:
- Provide all necessary content, images, and branding materials for the website.
- Review and provide timely feedback on design concepts and iterations.
- Cooperate in providing required access to hosting and domain settings.
- Approve design elements and features in a timely manner to prevent delays.
- Provide prompt feedback during the testing phase.
5. Revisions and Changes
Minor design revisions and changes are included in the scope of this agreement. Major design changes or additional features not originally agreed upon may incur extra charges and an extended timeline. Both parties will agree on any additional charges and changes before implementation.
6. Payment Terms
The total project cost is [Total Amount], payable in the following manner:

7. Confidentiality
